NEA is a specialist subcontractor providing the installation of gas membranes and ground gas protection solutions to meet the latest guidance including:

NEA supply and install gas membranes and venting solutions sourced from all the major manufacturers and can provide active venting systems where the gas regime deems it necessary. Since the issue of the revised British Standard BS.8485:2015 A1 2019, it is critical to ensure the appropriate and economic solution for the project. NEA provides advice on design, material selection and assistance with construction detailing. In addition, NEA work closely with Independent Validation Engineers to ensure the requirements of CIRIA. C.735 are achieved. This can include the air lancing of joints and pipe penetrations to ASTM D4437.

NEA also offer retrofit gas protection for existing properties impacted by ground gases or hydrocarbon vapours from oil leaks or spills.
